Fix and Sell Strategy

Our "Fix and Sell" strategy involves identifying key improvements to maximize the value of a property before listing it to sell. 

Improvements can be as simple as fence repairs, paint, light gardening and lawn care.  Fixing can also involve plumbing, electrical, pool care and more, if the seller does not live near the property or perhaps out of state, no problem, we have connections to trusted service providers. 

• During the assessment period, key facts with be determined; items damaged, time and price of repairs vs the return of investment.   
• We may discuss the use of a handyman vs contractor to estimate necessary repairs and find those changes that will bring the estate a higher return. We will review the findings with you and help you decide which repairs or updates make the most sense.

Another option is "No Upfront Cost" which allows you to make all the necessary repairs and updates.  This option delays payment and can be paid through escrow at closing.
